Check for errors in the log file.
SETUP -> RUNNING LOGS
If you have a telephone number that cannot be looked up in
the rates files, for the time the call was made, it can also
cause TOPAZ to hang.
Use the RATES -> STANDARDS, Test Cost Calculator, to trace this.
Enter the number, click on test.
Select the Rates tab, check under "Seconds" and "Cost" if the
rate was actually setup correct.
This could be fixed by updating to the lastest TOPAZ rates for your
