How do I bar and unbar a extension/account?

Overview:

The extension or account code must be linked to the user. The
budget is setup per user. To unbar we work with the User.

Unbar an extension/account code:

How do I unbar one extension in TOPAZ:

Log into TOPAZ with the "admin" login.
Select [DATA -> USERS]
Search for the user to unbar:
Enter the user name next to the "Find" button, click on find.
Change the "Available amount".
Click on "Reset Barlevel".
How do I unbar all extensions in TOPAZ:

Log into TOPAZ with the "admin" login.
Select [SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> FILTERS & DEFAULTS]
Click on "Reset All".
Conclude:

If the extension/account code is not unbarred, check the COS.
DATA -> USER
If the user is not linked to the extension or account code,
it will not be able to do barring or ajust the budget amount.
DATA -> EXTENSION / ACCOUNT.
TOPAZ must be updated live from PABX3 or DTP.
In TOPAZ -> SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> PABX, Auto Load must be set to
every 60 minutes.
Check the TOPAZ log file for errors,
"C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\topaz.log". If the COS level
was not sent to the PABX for the extension/account, no unbarring
will be done.
