Plugin Request: Test Calls needed

Please note that for printing of this document, if your screen
resolution is set to 800x600 (32bit), you need to set the following
in Internet Explorer, under 'View' set 'Text size' to 'smaller' and
under 'Encoding', 'Western European (Windows)' .

Rawdata file created by PABX3:

Location of rawdata file: 'C:\Program Files\Datatex\pabx3\Rawdata'.

Please supply call data string created with PABX3 (output to
the rawdata file), for the below call actions, clearly
stating:

The date and Time.
The extension the call is made from / call received at.
The telephone number /extension the call is made to for each test call.
Account codes used for outgoing calls.
Pincodes used for call.


Please note If you make the test calls from the switchboard, also make the same test calls from an extension. If you have ACD groups, make the test calls from the extension when logged into the ACD groups and when logged out of the ACD group. Please fill in all applicable fields in the tables below.

Please note If you have ACD groups, then where ACD is specified in the table, please supply us with the ACD number (The number used to dial in and out of the call center) as well as the extension number.

How to make test calls:

For outgoing calls

Outgoing normal:
Make a test call from an internal extension by dialing to for example your cellphone, answering the call, then hanging up.

Outgoing unanswered:
Make a test call from an internal extension by dialing to for example your cellphone, then hanging up.

Outgoing internal:
Make an internal call to another internal extension.

Outgoing forward:
Make a call from, for example your cellphone, to an internal extension/number that has been setup to divert the call to an external outgoing number.

Outgoing transferred:
Make an outgoing call from an internal extension to your office for example.Once the caller answers, then transfer the call to another internal extension. Wait until the call is answered by the internal extension, then end the call.

Outgoing transferred unanswered:
Make an outgoing call from an internal extension to your office for example. Once the caller answers, then transfer the call to another internal extension. Let it ring for a few seconds and hang up.


For incoming calls

Incoming normal:
Get someone from your office to call you at the 'test' extension, answer the call, then hangup.

Incoming unanswered :
Use your cell phone to make a call to the 'test' extension, let it ring for a few seconds at the extension, then end the call on your cell phone.

Incoming transferred:
Use your cell phone to make a call to the switchboard for example, answer the call on the 'test' extension, then transfer the call to another internal extension. Answer the call on the transferred internal extension.

Incoming transferred unanswered:
Use your cell phone to make a call to the switchboard for example, answer the call on the 'test' extension, then transfer the call to another internal extension. Hangup before its answered.

Incoming Disa:
Phone the auto-attendant number and follow the options available.

Incoming internal:
Phone from one internal extension to another internal extension.

Incoming internal unanswered:
Phone from one internal extension to another internal extension, then hangup.
