Trunk numbers showed in the extension field. This was because of
PSTN to tie line/tie line to tie line and tie line to PSTN calls
and/or operator assistance.

To explaine: Below is a 'ruler' to show the position each
field starts at. The extension, line and number is placed
in different field depending on the type of call made
(as explained above):

Code: Select all
         1         2         3         4         5         6         7         8         9
1234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890
                  [PartyA    ][PartyAID          ][PartyB    ][PartyBID  ]        AB
        [Additional NR      ]
A = Party A Type (1 = extension, 2 = operator assistance, 3 = PSTN line, 4 = tie line, 5 = paging)
B = Party B Type (1 = extension, 2 = operator assistance, 3 = PSTN line, 4 = tie line, 5 = paging)

On Position 32 on the 2nd line of each call string, it identifies if
an account code or pin code is display from position 33. If '1' then it
is an account code, if '5' it is a pin code (PID code).

In TOPAZ only the Pin Code will be available under DATA -> ACCOUNTS.
In TNG you can link the User name to the Pin Code and a description
to the Account code. The Pin Code is only visible under
'User Configuration'.
