The new Callmonitor requires version 1.7.7.0 of Topaz. Also available on
our website www.datatex.co.za, in the software updates section.
This version of Callmonitor can communicate with the Callmonitor Service,
which runs on the same PC as Topaz. The Callmonitor Service will ensure the
delivery of call reference messages to the Callmonitor.
New Microsoft Outlook Integration has been built in.
Timer is only enabled after everything has finished loading and everthing
is ready to start working. There is also a Callmonitor.log file in the users
profile folder that will contain information and errors about Callmonitor's
start-up and shutdown.
The label that displays the company name was not cleared if the company
name was blank. This is now working correctly.
When the userlist is reloaded the current position is now saved before and
restored afterwards.
The Budget Percentage is displayed correctly now.
The Reference Popup will not automatically select everything that you have
typed, while you are still typing.
The "List out of bounds" error on the Message Screen has been fixed.
The View Message screen now displays the correct user’s name that sent you
the message.
Callmonitor has a new and faster method of handling the call messages that
are received.
If the user doesn't have access to the folder containing the settings files,
a message will be displayed when Callmonitor tries to save the files.
The Callmonitor will close after the message.
There is a new button on the Message List screen, where you can delete all
the message that are older than 32 days.
Callmonitor now has integration with Microsoft Outlook. This allows the
Callmonitor CLI popup to be replaced with Outlook contact screen. The Contact
popup will pop on both incoming and outgoing calls if your PABX sends the
appropriate information to Topaz before the call is completed.
Callmonitor can add a Journal entry to your Outlook for every call received
or made.
On the main screen of Callmonitor the right-click menu has an option to pop
Outlook contact if Outlook Integration is enabled and Contact ID available.
Callmonitor has new network processing facilities build-in.
The new Callmonitor Reference and CLI windows can now be moved around by
clicking on them and dragging them.
Callmonitor has a new message notification window that will slide in from
the bottom right of the screen.
Callmonitor now has a "refresh reference file" button on the main screen
and the reference popup window.
There is a "refresh user list" button on the main screen, the setup screen
and on the message window.
If you click on a call on the main screen of Callmonitor, the telephone
number will be copied to the clipboard and a message displayed in the status
line confirming this.
