I only see incoming calls / specific extensions in TOPAZ

The "Do not auto-create extensions" option is ticked under setup->properties
->Filters and defaults. Untick this option!

On a panasonic TDA, if you use account codes, extensions will not
come down on outgoing calls, only for incoming. Outgoing calls will have
an extension of 'EXT'. What happened in this case is that all the
extensions were already in the database, except for 'EXT' referring to
outgoing numbers. So when an outgoing call was made and the data reached
TOPAZ, the extension 'EXT' was not in TOPAZ and because "Do not auto -
create extensions" was ticked, the whole call was disregarded.

If only certain extensions' calls show up in TOPAZ it means that only
those were configured in TOPAZ. So when a call was made and the data
reached TOPAZ, the extension was not in TOPAZ and because "Do not
auto-create extensions" was ticked, the whole call was disregarded.

Please note: "Do not auto-create extensions" is NOT a default setting in TOPAZ!"
