Third Party Application required:
wget
Search the internet for wget or
try the link 'http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/'.
Overview:
The output is received from the PABX unit and then written on
the harddrive by WGET. This file is then imported in PABX3 and
updated to TOPAZ either live or as setup under
SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> PABX.
Since the data is captured and then written to the harddrive and
then imported to PABX3 (If using the file input setup PABX3
will only import according to the time interval specified),
there will be a delay in the update to PABX3 and therefore also to TOPAZ.
Install:
To capture the data from the 3COM PABX, please use WGET.

rename billing.txt* billing.txt

The XXXXXXXX has to be replaced with the administrators passwords and the ip address has to
change to the nbx’s ip address.
WGET will write out a file, which PABX3 can import.
Use the PABX3 input file option.

Some information regarding the 3COM:
It keeps 30 days of information, each time you 'get' the
file it downloads the entire 30 days. Keep in mind the space that
it will require and that it is not 'live' data.
The plugin is for Version 5. The Version 6 is by default in XTML
format. However it can be set to use the 'old' route and give you
the same "billing.txt" file.
