TOPAZ Centre open error

When an archive is done, the archived data files are the version of the
live TOPAZ at that time. When using TOPAZ Centre to access the archived
data at a later stage and the live TOPAZ has been updated, the archived
database and the live TOPAZ is not the same version.

To fix this, the TOPAZ version in the ini file of the live TOPAZ must be
set back to update the database of the archived files to the same version
as that of the live TOPAZ.
