Recost calls does not work

If recosting does not work check the following:

IN WINDOWS
Check if the user has full control over the datatex folder,
Make sure the datatex folder is not read-only.
IN TOPAZ
Check if the user is logged in as admin.

ON DATABASE
Close TOPAZ.
Once the user access has been resolved, Rebuild the database
C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\Data -> double click on DBRepair and run the programme.

After the database has been re-indexed, you need to do "Load Rates"
Go to (www.datatex.co.za)click on Downloads and select your country.
Select the rates you want to load and Run the programme.
Open TOPAZ and check if the rates was loaded.
Go to Setup -> Properties -> Rates ->Load rates, a window will appear, select your zone and click on open.
Test the costing, click on Rates and Test cost calculation.
