TOPAZ Report Options: for different call types

This can be done using a Custom Report.

To create a new report, click on 'REPORTS -> CUSTOM REPORTS'
Click on the "+", now enter your report heading under 'Description'.

Note: This report shows detailed reporting of all Private Calls, listed by number dialed.
If you want it in date and time sequence select 'When' for 'Order by'.

Report Options : Summary & Incl Incoming Calls
Select Records : [own choice]
Summary Report Formats : 6. Detail with Summary
Order By : Calls [or own choice]
Maximum Records : 0
Group By : Private [or own choice]
Field Selection : Private = True

Note: This report shows detailed reporting of all Business Calls, listed by number dialed for
each account starting on a new page.
Report Options : Summary & Incl Incoming Calls
Select Records : [own choice]
Summary Report Formats : 6. Detail with Summary
Order By : Calls [or own choice]
Maximum Records : 0
Group By : Account code [or own choice]
Field Selection : Private = False

Note:This report shows detailed reporting of Outgoing Tranfered Calls listed by number dialed for
each account starting on a new page.
Report Options : Summary
Select Records : [own choice]
Summary Report Formats : 6. Detail with Summary
Order By : Calls [or own choice]
Maximum Records : 0
Group By : Account code [or own choice]
Field Selection : Action - Like - %TRAN%

Note: This report shows Summary of Incoming Calls only listed by number dialed for each user, with
columns stating total vs average ring time.
