The PABX call data string is translated by the PABX3 plugin. This translation will depend
on the call action and direction given off by the PABX.
TOPAZ will only cost OUTGOING calls.
You can view the call direction in TOPAZ under 'ENQUIRIES', under the 'All Calls'
tab in the 'Inc.' column. If the value is 'True', then it is an incoming call.
Reasons that may cause a call not to be costed:
- The call is being displayed as incoming(I) in PABX3 and TOPAZ.
TOPAZ will only cost an outgoing call with a duration, which has a 'valid' telephone number. - In TOPAZ, do a 'Check Cost' and check if TOPAZ is costing the call correctly. Use one of the calls not being costed.
If not, run the last rates update released:
Unrar the file, password is 'datatex'.
Close TOPAZ.
Run the update.
