My Timer button is off and I cannot click on it to enable it

What will cause the timer button to be in off mode?

If TOPAZ was installed for a Windows login and for example another person is taking over the TOPAZ duties,
if you now create a new Windows user on the TOPAZ PC for this user,
TOPAZ is not in the registry of this Windows login.

Solution:

1. Give full control over the Datatex folder for the new Windows user login created.
   Access rights to run TOPAZ under XP and 2000 full control
2. Thereafter run the reset serial program and re-register TOPAZ.
