You need the following:

-> mat/ca - cable 16 - 9 pin

pin 1 - black-white & white-blue
pin 2 - green-white
pin 3 - white slate (grey)
pin 4 & 6 - purple-white (strapped)
pin 5 - white-purple
pin 7 - white-black
pin 8 - slate white (grey-white)
