certified output as the MD110 and MX1.
An Ericsson certified technician needs to do this. If the certified
format is in place you can use the standard MD110 Plugin.
See:Example of rawdata for Ericsson MD110 when using the certified plugin
If you are using the default output of the Ericsson MX one
server, then you will need the plugin 'PEricssonMX1_Server.dll'
- version 2009.2.3.1 or newer.
Please note: The default output is not a certified format.
The default output does not provide all the call details required, for example:
Sample of rawdata:
Program String:
-format "{currentTime year 0R 4 4}{currentTime month 0R 2 2}{currentTime day
0R 2 2} {stoptime md110time L 4 4} {duration md110duration L 5 5}
{conditionCode2Character L 4 4}{accesscode1 L 3 3}{accessCode2 L 3 3}
{dialedNumber R 16 16} {callingNumber L 16 16} {accountCode R 10 10}
{cilCode L 6 6} {opQueTime R 2 2} {ringTimeCounter L 3 3} {ogTrnkID R 9
9}{incTrnkID R 9 9} {connectedNumber R 16 16};{newline};"
Options to get SMDR data:
Setup the linux PABX to write out an output file to a Windows location.
Setup TNG to read the file in as input.
The PABX has a serial port, which is also the programming port. Some support companies connect a modem to it for remote maintenance, which means this option is not available for SMDR.
You can use the Datatex Linker program to collect data from
the MX1 server and then collect it with TOPAZ/TNG, see forum post
How do I install the Linker service?.
