Do the re-import outside office hours, else you live RUBY stats will not update.
Log into TOPAZ with admin
Click on:
Setup (on the Left)
Properties (at the top of the screen)
Pabx (at the top of the screen)
Import Now (the button on the right)
An open dialog window will appear.
Change to the folder that contains the PIP files that you want to import:
normally in C:\Program Files\Datatex\Pabx3\pabx.pip (new call data)
or in C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\OldPabxPip\ (previous call data)
or if you renamed the OldPabxPip folder use the renamed folder.
Select the files that you want to import:
Sort the files by modify date and select the date-range you require.
(Multiple files can be selected, number of files limited by windows folder limitation)
Click on the Open button to start the import.
Take Note:
At the bottom of the Topaz window on the left you will see Records Read ,
this is the counter of the records read out of the current file.
The TRX value will increase for all calls that are imported into the database.
If this number doesn't increase, the records are already on the database and
it is skipping them.
Please make sure that the Topaz is registered if you are
importing calls from before the installation date. Since
Topaz will expire if you proceed.
Once the import is completed, make sure the file path for
the auto load and import is
C:\Program Files\Datatex\PABX3\pabx.pip, you can check this in
[TOPAZ -> SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> PABX ->] in the PABX FILE UPDATE window.
ALSO SEE:The import of my pip files into TOPAZ does not work.
