- When we had this problem, the cause was a faulty network setup on the PC.
Multiple network cards were found under the network configuration.
Removing all the faulty entries and rebooting corrected the problem. - We also had this error because the MacAuther anti-virus software thinks
TOPAZ and PABX3 is trying to connect to the internet. You must get the
IT Department to set the MacAuther anti-virus software to allow TOPAZ and PABX3 to
communicate with each other. In the Firewall allow TOPAZ and PABX3. - Check if the TCPIP is working:TOPAZ: TCPIP
