TOPAZ Report: group of extension to print numbers

TOPAZ Report: group of extension to print numbers dailed from these extensions.

You have to setup a section to group the extensions to print together.
Click on DATA. Choose LOOKUPS.
Click on SECTION at bottom of screen.
Add your new section with the "+".
Then choose EXTENSION.
Add the section you created to the extensions you want on the detailed
extension report.

From the moment the change is made, all the calls will register in the
section created. The data before this can be updated by doing an UPDATE TRX FILE,
but please note that this will only change previous data to that had BLANK
information.

Once this is set up, choose REPORTS.
Then choose CUSTOM REPORTS.
To create new report click on the +.
Enter the name for your report under DESCRIPTION.

For a detailed summary report tick SUMMARY under REPORT OPTIONS.
Choose DETAIL WITH SUMMARY under SUMMARY REPORT format.
Choose BETWEEN DATES under report selection.
Choose COST under ORDER BY.
Choose USER under GROUP BY.
Enter 0 under MAXIMUM RECORDS to select all calls between the dates
specified
Leave FIELD SELECTION blank
Choose new section created under ONLY SELECT THESE.
Enter between dates.

Save new report by clicking the tick sign at the top of the screen.
This report will have a seperate page for each extension.
