Conference calls and Call forwarding OR Duplicate times on same extension

In the case of a conference or forwarded call, Topaz will report multiple calls
on the same extension at the same time. There may be multiple incoming or
outgoing calls.

When an extension has been forwarded an incoming and an outgoing call
will be reported with the same time.

The example below is for a conference call.
