How does the pricing differ from Topaz to your service provider
Topaz can only be as accurate as the information that is given to it.
The PBX is the device that does the actual calculations of how long a call
was. Most PBX's start recording call duration from the point where you pickup the
telephone receiver and stops recording at the point where you put down the call.
This additional time will make calls appear more expensive.
Filters can be used to filter out this additional time.
In TOPAZ -> Setup -> Properties -> Filters & Defaults ->
Discard initial seconds for a call (Local/National/International/Cellphones):
Enter the initial seconds you want to exclude from your call duration.
