Reports don't print for Topaz, but all other apps print

This is a problem with the Topaz printing system with certain printers and
drivers. If the printer has multiple trays, the auto select feature
doesn't always select the correct tray.

You can upgrade the printer drivers, but this is not guaranteed to fix the
problem.

The only solution currently is to change the printer setup from
"automatically select" and specify the tray to be used (typically tray 1).

You may have to cancel previous prints which were sent to the wrong tray,
as some printers will not print new jobs while there are existing ones waiting.
