My Client TOPAZ does not update changes/ Reference codes in Call Monitor does not update
This is a BDE access error.
By default the BDE LOCAL SHARE is set to FALSE.
Please close TOPAZ on all PC's (Master and Clients).
Now check the following on the Master TOPAZ and all the Client TOPAZ's:
Start > Program Files > BDE Administrator
Config > System > INIT > Set LOCAL SHARE to TRUE
