This can happen if for example the database is damaged, please try the following:
- Close TOPAZ and all Client TOPAZ programs that might be open on the network.
- Navigate to the C drive.
You will see a folder named 'tmptopaz'.
Delete this tempory folder. - Navigate to the C drive.
Go to the folder 'C:\Program Files\datatex\Topaz\'.
Rename the 'OldPabxPIP' to for example 'oldpabxpip' followed by the date. - Now do a DBRepare on the database folder. See:
How do I do a DBRepaire? - Once completed, pull the same report again.
If still incomplete data, check the rawdata files if calls were captured for the missing time period.
