Not all my calls show/missing data on report

When I pull my reports, not all my calls are listed. Looks like there are missing data.

This can happen if for example the database is damaged, please try the following:

  • Close TOPAZ and all Client TOPAZ programs that might be open on the network.

  • Navigate to the C drive.
    You will see a folder named 'tmptopaz'.
    Delete this tempory folder.

  • Navigate to the C drive.
    Go to the folder 'C:\Program Files\datatex\Topaz\'.
    Rename the 'OldPabxPIP' to for example 'oldpabxpip' followed by the date.

  • Now do a DBRepare on the database folder. See:
    How do I do a DBRepaire?

  • Once completed, pull the same report again.

If still incomplete data, check the rawdata files if calls were captured for the missing time period.
