If you go to the Enquiries option and select the 'All Calls' tab, it will list the newest calls loaded into TOPAZ under the available column headings. Note that if the 'Account Code' column is not listed on the far right, then you will not be able to see the account code anywhere in TOPAZ.
If the account code column is present you can proceed.
In this example I selected 8 November 2011 under All Call and clicked on Query. List list the result under the yellow selection criteria section. Note that there are no account code column in the result(see dark grey area).
If you click on View, the report result also does not have Account Codes:
You need to pull a Custom report to display the Account code.
Setup the following Custom report for the date period you require. In this example it is 8 November 2011(as per query done).
