My time format is incorrect

This is a windows setting, you need to change your time format in the
Control panel.

Open your windows CONTROL PANEL, then click on REGIONAL SETTINGS.
Now click on the TIME.
you should see your time format looking something like this:

hh:mm:ss

All you need to do is change the 2 lowercase "h" charters, Uppercase.
So that it looks like this:

HH:mm:ss

Now your time format will be in 24hour format.
Click on OK and you are all done.
