no data from buffer when PC reboots after weekend

If the cable between the PC and the buffer is too long,
it will not charge the buffer.

If the light on the buffer is on when the PC is off it has power.
It should store the data.

If the the PABX supplies less than 7 V for a Nicon buffer,
it might not be able to charge sufficiently.

There is a power supply available for the Nikon buffer.
