How do I bill different clients on one extension?

To use the Hotels and Guest Houses do the following:

Add the room (or phone boot):
In TOPAZ go to DATA > EXTENSIONS
Enter a location for the extension, example phoneboot1.

Markup:

Book the client in:
To log client in go to BILLING > HOTELS AND GUESTHOUSE >
Select the location from the drop down box.
Click on BOOK CLIENT IN and enter correct date and time.
Click on BOOK CLIENT OUT and enter correct date and time.
An Invoice will be displayed with the call cost for that client.
You can also do the invoice on a later stage, but make sure of the times.
The time of the PABX unit and the Windows PC time might differ.
