Fidelio Front Office interface using the Topaz Front Office Interface.
Option to exclude reference pop-ups for Incoming calls.
Minimum Price can now be set for each call type on the billing screen.



Issuesed resolved:
Fixed the Font on the Total vs Avg with RingTime report.
Budget on account codes would not reset all the budgets when a "Reset All"
is done.
NOTE! Update Amethyst to newest version for call info to work correctly.
Added seconds to the "time" that is send from Topaz to a SLVR.
Loading and clearing of User's Photo's work correctly now.
