The re-index of the Topaz database does not seem to work

If the file is more than 512 MEG (about 300 000 transactions) then the file is to
big to be re-indexed.

The number of calls in the TRAN file can be checked:
TOPAZ -> SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> TRANSACTIONS ->
Current record count.
