Please try the following:
View a Custom report. If you cannot view the report, first fix this problem.

Check that your mail server is running, make sure it is logged in.
Try sending an e-mail.
Make sure the e-mail is setup in TOPAZ.

Close Topaz. Delete the folder C:\TMPTOPAZ
Open Topaz and try sending the e-mail again.
