Account codes are no longer displayed.
The main screen has been removed and the license manager is now on
the pop-up menu.
A delay in seconds can now be specified. This forces Callguard to
wait before dropping a call. You can adjust the delay on a per-line basis,
where ISDN lines might need longer delays. This allows the user time to
type the account code. I don't yet have recommended values for the
various types of line.
A bug where Callguard wouldn't drop the call if the PBX had not
supplied the call details has been fixed. Callguard will now check
every 5 seconds until the call details have arrived. If the call is
not allowed, it will be dropped.
