Format of a PIP file

The Topaz PIPE File is actually just a CSV file that uses pipe "|" Character to
delimit it's fields.

Format is as Follows:

Old String:
Code: Select all
Date|Time|Ext|Number|IO|Account|Hour|Min|Seconds|Line|Action|Pulses|RingTime|Reference|DID|



New String:
Code: Select all
Date|Time|Ext|Number|IO|PINCODE|Hour|Min|Seconds|Line|Action|Pulses|RingTime|Reference|DID|MGROUP|MyUSER|Account|



Explained:
Code: Select all
Date Format : dd-mm-yyyy
Time Format : HH:mm:ss ( 24 hour time)
Ext         : Extension
Number      : Phone number dialed or dialed from (CLI)
IO          : I = Incoming or O = Outgoing no other values excapted in this field.
Pincode     : Pin code used
Hour        : The Hour part of the Duration of the call
Min         : The Minute part of the Duration of the call
Sec         : The Seconds Part of the Call Duration
Line        : The Line number used for this call. (Up to 9 Char long)
Action      : An Action type related to this call.
Pulses      : Meter pulses if used.
RingTime    : Ring Time of the call in seconds
Reference   : A Reference related to this call. (Up to 30 Chars long)
DID         : Direct inward Dialing number.
MyGroup     : RUBY call centre group (for use with RUBY)
MyUser      : User name as supplied by the PABX.
Account     : Account code used
