TNG Version 1.1.1.12 not costing calls

Hi Support,

I am having a problem with a TNG running on windows 8.1 where calls are not being charged correctly (or at all). I updated to version 1.1.1.12 to attempt to fix the issue but it still did not fix the problem.

On checking the costing via the rates tool, calls are not billed correctly. (TNG Rates Test),
