Recording SAMSUNG 7200/7400 on ONYXPlus Extension side

The versions needed are:

• 3.8 Smartworks (or higher)
  
• 1.0.3.3 OnyxConfig
  
• 1.0.5.8 OnyxLines
  
• 1.0.2.2 Sweeper

The 1.0.3.3 version of OnyxConfig has an extra Audio option that uses the Audio_Change events to trigger.

Version 1.0.5.8 OnyxLines:

• To use dailed digits there is a setting in the ini under [OPTIONS]
