Does ONYXPlus work with a DHCP IP?

The ONYXPlus server must have a static IP.

If it gets its IP address from a DHCP server the ONYXPlus server
IP must be set to static.

Non-card solution:

If you are using the FTP option to update ONYX recordings to
ONYXPlus, ensure that this IP of each ONYX is set to the static IP
of the ONYXPlus server.

You need to disable the ONYXPlus connnection under
"Settings" tab.
Go to the "ONYXPlus FTP" tab.
Set the static IP of the ONYXPlus server. Make sure the
settings is saved.
You now need to enable the ONYXPlus connnection under
"Settings" tab.
