Motivation:
OnyxPlus uses the board numbers to do its mapping. The board numbers can change when a new
card is installed and this can break the mapping. OnyxPlus should use the PCI slot number
to do the mapping. This will not change when a new card is installed.
Completion:
When OnyxPlus runs, all channels will be entered into the configuration, but only the channels
that are active will be recording. Radio buttons are used to toggle between channel types.
Note: This version must run first before new cards are installed,
this version must first upgrade the system.
