We have had a few calls recently that, have been recorded successfully,
but when they are played back in the supervisor, the call appears to be out of sync.
Basically, the client responds to the sales consultant before the question has been completed.
This is resulting in a call that is incomprehensible as both parties are "talking" at the same time.
I believe that the latest update of the voiprecorder fixes a similar issue, but this does not apply to us as we are using the Mitel connector?
Is there perhaps any other updates that we need to apply?
