With the move one of the consultants extensions have changed. I have ticked the “Ruby ext” Check box on TOPAZ for 9873.
It reflects "Devise is not one of the listed ones". What steps did I miss? I need this ext to record as soon as possible. What do I need to change for this ext. to record?

When using trunk side recording all calls made via the configured trunks will be recorded. All extensions not listed on the AMETHYST Device List will be rejected. When you add an extension for recording, you only need to add the extension number to the list of Recorded Devices on the AMETHYST Webadmin Home page - please see forum link for steps to follow:
