Amt Listen - error opening archive

I am having issues opening a specific archive drive, all other archive drives work 100%.
i am using amt listen 1_0_7_1 and firebird 2.5
Please find the error in the attatchment.

Can you please re-attach the screen shot. You will need to rar it, else it will give an error.

I am not sure why your error message refers to your documents folder.

Please run the AMTListen exe from the install folder, for example:
C:\Program Files\datatex\amethyst\amtlisten\

It should then have the correct file path to extract the files.

Then correct to the database and search for the recording again.

I have tried this but it does not work

Also, i have installed the amt listen application on on another pc, as well as tried connecting to the backup copy of the drive, both cases provide the same error

as discussed, I have opened the amt listen application from the instalation folder, checked the paths and even changed the drive letter, none of these made any difference. i recieve the error after clicking the button to connect to the database. would it make it easier for you to troubleshoot if you had access to my computer via eg. team viewer or ammyy admin?

Have you resolved this issue?
That error is usually generated when the wrong version of the fbclient.dll is located on the PC where you run the AmtListen. even if you have Firebird 2.5 installed, there may be an old fbclient.dll in the same folder as the AmtListen.
just try and move that file away and try again.
