Hi,

Been getting critical error re

2013-04-25 11:02:14 2013-04-25 11:52:03 CURRENT MEMORY USAGE(90%) ON CARDSERVER(CARDSERVER) EXCEEDS THRESHOLD(80%).
2013-04-25 11:10:16 2013-04-25 12:00:05 CURRENT MEMORY USAGE(90%) ON CARDSERVER(CARDSERVER) EXCEEDS THRESHOLD(80%).

---------------------- CRITICAL ERRORS END HERE ----------------------

Our IT is indicating that they freed up space (We have freed up about 1 tenth of a terabyte for space for this but your experience is the same.)

What else could they be missing? Kindly support. :?:

The critical error refers to the memory usage on the Cardserver.

Please note that recordings are made on the Cardserver. The Cardserver must be up and running during recording hours. Schedule any maintenance outside recording hours.
