i have checked the How do I know AMTMitel is receiving call details?
All the settings on Mitel Controller are fine as mentioned on the document.
I have stopped and started the AMTMitel and SMDRLink services on Amethyst,
The license manager shows (Expired) and -53 Available Agent licenses
After starting, the log file for the AMTMitel shows
