Hi There
Our call center manager has just informed me that all the calls for this past Friday are missing for all call center users. How can I retrieve this, see what happened or try and rectify it in any way?
Please assist

First step is to see if it is recording now.
Log into AMETHYST webadmin and select Configure Cardserver/CRE.
Click on View logs.
It will show todays log or the last day recordings took place.
If recordings took place, it must be swept into the database so that Supervisor can do searches.
Check the Sweeper log for any errors
AMETHYST Webadmin Home page -> view logs, select todays date and then click on the sweeper log link.
Scroll down to the last entry.
