Amethyst archive error

Dear Support

I have encounted the following error message from Amethyst.
"[2014-10-27 22:37:24] Version [1.6.3.18]Archive error: Insufficient free space for database on archive drive: I/O error" The last daily backup was two days ago. We did an archive on 30 September to free data space. Data was removed and cleaned from the Amethyst server to an external source. I have checked the suggested guidelines on the forum and per your support but all seemed fine, which indicates I should not get this error.
I attach screenshots of info.
