Amethyst Remote 1.6 Client Recording unable to play

Hi Support,

Attached please find a gsc file that i can't play.

Could you please see if you can convert it to gsm or wav for me please

Where did you get the GSC file? The should also be DT files (call details, notes, etc.)

We usually combine the GSC and DT files to create the zlb, which is sent to AMETHYST.

The recording was found on a archive drive after checking for the file reference on the remote usbclient machine.

The usbclient is running version 1.6.1.2

It appears that the client pc's date was incorrect, so the recording was incorrectly date stamped etc.

Searching on for the file reference on amethyst does not bring up the call or the reference.
