By default this function is off/disabled.
To enable the function login with the Lead Supervisor access the following:
1. Click on Administrators icon
2. Click on Supervisor Access
3. Select the Supervisor to be affected
4. Scroll down the list to the "SHOW PLAYBACK LINK" and choose the delete box
5. Safe the changes
The option will now available to the Supervisor. Please have the relevant Supervisor log out and back in for the changes to be effective
