Tagging of recording to other user

Hi,

Outgoing call made by 2567 to 0836579533 today, transferred to one of the call centre agents (2507), but the recording remained on 2567. Recording # 043_07DC1A87EDC4B - if transferred to us and the user is recorded, shouldn't recording come up on the person that it was transferred to? If you need to go looking for a call and you don't have the telephone number it will be a nightmare to trace, especially as these two staff members are reporting to different supervisors.
