Recorded call's playback is out of sequence

We have had a few calls recently that, have been recorded successfully,
but when they are played back in the supervisor, the call appears to be out of sync.

Basically, the client responds to the sales consultant before the question has been completed.
This is resulting in a call that is incomprehensible as both parties are "talking" at the same time.

I believe that the latest update of the voiprecorder fixes a similar issue, but this does not apply to us as we are using the Mitel connector?
Is there perhaps any other updates that we need to apply?

Hilton, to investigate this issue we need to look at the Tug logs on the MSL server (Mitel). It could be network issues or some packet lost. You will need to log a remote call out with us. Once the quote is accepted we will schedule time to log in and investigate. Access is thus required to the MSL server.

In this example it was only 5 packets lost and this is 20 ms per packet - 100 ms in total. It could be that there is also another problem influencing this.

Does this happen with all your recordings,
only certain time of the day or
just with VoIP calls?
