Hi Support

I am getting the following error messages in the logs for a USBClient:

What is the version of the USBClient which is giving the error messages?
How often does this message appear in the USBClient log file? For each recording made or in progress (check the reference numbers of the entries)?

If you restart the PC or stop/start the USBClient service, do you still get the error message?

Hi Support,

Sorry for the delay. couldn't access the remote site.

The USBClient is Version USB 1.6.1.2

Attached is a complete log file showing the error. Rebooting the pc does not resolve the problem.

Let me know
