Recording of extensions stopped.

Hi Datatex Support,

Can you please urgently assist with getting the following extensions to start recording again,

Ext; 4517, 8187, 8247.

It has stopped recording in the month of June 2012. I have tried all the steps listed on post viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2602&p=2621& but had no success.
