IP Voice Recording - Auto popup for notes

Hi,

We need to make notes on the voice call while the call is active.

We would like an auto popup while on the call to take notes that will update the Subject on that voice call.

See attached

We user the IP/MAC address Voice Recording.

To add to previous post. After you have installed AMTClient and if you meet the required AMETHYST version you can update to the latest version of AMTClient. This update can be loaded in AMETHYST webadmin and it will distribute it over the network to the agent PC (unless access restriction on the network blocks the update).

Hi Belinda,

I have installed it and configured the ini's as per instructions.

I have even turned the windows firewall off.

But I still cant get it to pop up when an incoming call is answered.

We are using windows7

I pointed the ini to the Amethyst Linux box IP and not the IP Voice Recording windows box. Is this correct?

See attached supervisor, Extension 9725 is 0825, we changed the number, will this have any affect?

I have added the physical device 0825 see attached, but it is still not popping up

Hi Belinda,

I see the INI file on our windows box that does the IP voice recording, still has the old 97xx numbers instead of the 08xx numbers.

How do I change this? I have changed it to 08xx and saved it, but it just goes back to 97xx

If the AMTClient on the agent PC can communicate with AMETHYST, it will auto update to show under 'Configure CTI Devices'. This part is working as per screen.

You will only have popups if recordings are taking place. Please check if your extensions are being recorded.
The instruction for popup on start of recording comes from the recording soft ware.

It is recording on x9725, but her extension has changed from 9725 to 0825

I changed the extension to 9725 and the popup came up :)

the only problem is I need to change the extensions to the new 08xx range, see the ini screen shot I sent earlier
