Calls not being recorded for one site

Postby AllLife » Fri Apr 05, 2013 11:31 am

Hi Belinda,

Recordings are not being processed for our JHB site.

We have tried the following:
1) restart of sweeper
2) restart of server "service"
3) full restart of server

Attached is the CRE log, reflecting the error:

Dear Hilton

The following type of entries repeats:

[2013-04-05 10:52:05.461] Version [1.6.4.9] ERROR: RTP to PCM for /opt/datatex/amtmitelcre/work/B130405-00097C_tx.rtp: Load of dtxIPP.dll failed. Make sure the file exists and .NET Framework 2 is installed
[2013-04-05 10:52:05.461] Version [1.6.4.9] ERROR: RTP to PCM for /opt/datatex/amtmitelcre/work/B130405-00097C_rx.rtp: Load of dtxIPP.dll failed. Make sure the file exists and .NET Framework 2 is installed
[2013-04-05 10:52:05.461] Version [1.6.4.9] CRITICAL ERROR: Recording Failure :B130405-00097C : SRTP to PCM failure.

It looks like some of the files are damaged on the MSL server.

It's printing a Windows error message - the problem is that it can't load the libdtxipp.so file.

Most likely there was a power failure and the libdtxipp.so file is damaged or some part of the system configuration.

I will ask Sales to forward you a quote for a remote call out.

Regards

Belinda
